Rent A Space collects the information you give us when you rent, reserve or contact us — name, address, phone, email and payment details — to provide your storage rental.
Payments. Card details are sent directly to our billing system (U-Haul WebSelfStorage) to process your payment. This website does not store card numbers.
Text messages. We use your mobile number to text your lock code, verification codes and account notices. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented or shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose.
Security. Lock combinations are stored encrypted and are only released to the verified tenant of the unit.
